On June 26, Jiangsu Xinhydrogen Power Technology Co., Ltd. emerged as the wining bidder for the procurement project in Peixian County. The bid comprised 120 hydrogen storage forklifts, 20 hydrogen-powered sightseeing vehicles and boats, and 200 shared bicycles, with a total bid price of 32.77 million yuan. This landmark move aligns with Peixian's hydrogen energy strategy, which aims to establish an integrated industry chain focusing on 'production, storage, transportation, and utilization.' The county, identified as a key hydrogen energy hub in Jiangsu Province, emphasizes the application of solid-state metal hydrogen storage technology. By expanding hydrogen energy applications from industrial to civilian sectors, Peixian is set to become a pivotal hub for hydrogen equipment manufacturing and demonstration in the region. Leveraging by-product hydrogen resources and PV hydrogen production, the county is driving sustainability and technological innovation in the energy sector.
