The Clean Hydrogen Partnership has announced the launch of a new Project Development Assistance (PDA) programme aimed at advancing Hydrogen Valleys in the European Union and associated countries towards the Final Investment Decision (FID). This initiative provides tailored expert support services in commercial, technical, regulatory, and governance dimensions to facilitate the development of hydrogen projects. The PDA programme will allocate up to 15 PDAs (light and plus categories) to eligible projects, catering to both early-stage projects and those with a concept study in place. The PDA light track, spanning 6 weeks, focuses on detailed pre-feasibility project concepts, while the PDA plus track, lasting 12 weeks, assists projects in progressing towards the feasibility milestone and establishing a roadmap to FID. The call for applications commences on 11 July, with a submission deadline of 19 September. An informative virtual Info Day is scheduled for 18 July to provide interested parties with insights into the benefits, eligibility criteria, and application process for the PDA programme. The Info Day, set to run from 09:30 to 11:30 AM CET via Microsoft Teams, welcomes participants without prior registration, offering a platform to engage with key details and interact with industry experts.
