Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo (Fundae) and Moeve have partnered under the Digitalízate initiative to offer free training in sustainable energy, particularly focusing on green molecules and the energy transition. This collaboration aims to democratize specialized training essential for the future workforce, covering topics such as green hydrogen, sustainable fuels, and renewable gases. Through 12 courses provided by Moeve, participants can access multimedia training materials addressing key challenges of the energy transition and meeting current labor market needs. The partnership emphasizes the importance of employability, digitalization, and continuous learning to ensure individuals are well-prepared for the evolving job market. By offering courses developed in collaboration with industry experts and organizations like the Hydrogen Foundation of Aragón and the Institute of Knowledge and Networking, the initiative seeks to build a more inclusive and resilient labor market. This effort is part of the broader Digitalízate program led by Fundae and the State Public Employment Service, which now includes 60 entities and has attracted over 8.8 million visits to its training resources. The signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by key figures from Fundae, SEPE, and Moeve, highlighting the commitment to providing high-quality, accessible training for all. Fundae's Managing Director emphasized the opportunity to equip individuals with skills aligned with sustainability and energy efficiency challenges. Moeve's General Director of People and Organization expressed the company's dedication to training for emerging jobs to drive social, economic, and labor transformation. Moeve's focus on green molecules through its Positive Motion strategy showcases its commitment to becoming a leader in the European energy transition. The courses offered through Fundae's portal cover various topics related to renewable energy, including hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and end uses, as well as smart energy concepts, biogas production techniques, and challenges in renewable energy projects. This initiative represents a significant step towards empowering the workforce with essential knowledge and skills for a sustainable future.
