The hydrogen will be generated by water electrolysis using off-peak electricity, with distribution to industrial consumers within the Chengnan Chemical Industrial Park and Xiangyang City via pipelines and tanker trucks. The project includes plans for expansion as hydrogen demand increases. The tender comprises two packages: one for alkaline and PEM hybrid electrolyzer equipment and another for conventional alkaline electrolyzer equipment. The responsibility for system safety and hydrogen quality is emphasized, ensuring that all necessary equipment and instruments are part of the bidder's supply responsibility.
