Hygreen Energy, a global electrolyzer manufacturer and hydrogen technology leader, has entered into a frame agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH to incorporate Bosch's Hybrion PEM electrolysis stacks into Hygreen's large-scale PEM hydrogen system offerings. This partnership aims to introduce fully commercially ready, large-scale hydrogen production systems to global markets using Bosch's advanced PEM stacks. Through this collaboration, Hygreen will focus on delivering PEM projects over 1 MW in size utilizing Bosch's Hybrion PEM stacks. The integration of Bosch's high-performing stacks will expand Hygreen's product portfolio, making it more attractive to hydrogen project developers, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, and industrial customers seeking efficient and scalable hydrogen solutions. Bosch's Hybrion PEM stack boasts impressive features, including delivering up to 1.25 MW of input power, achieving up to 34 bar output pressure, and producing up to 23 kg of hydrogen per hour while maintaining high efficiency and seamless integration into various designs. Hygreen Energy plans to standardize this stack in its 1.25 MW and 5 MW hydrogen systems, enabling rapid deployment in projects ranging from energy storage to industrial decarbonization. The partnership leverages Bosch's expertise in manufacturing excellence and high PEM stack quality standards, combined with Hygreen's system-level knowledge gained from over 300 hydrogen projects across different continents. Both companies are enthusiastic about the collaboration, aiming to bring large-scale hydrogen production systems to the market, supporting a demand-oriented and clean hydrogen economy.
