Hygenco Green Energies has commissioned Maharashtra's first green hydrogen and green oxygen production facility in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, India, under the project 'Photon Leap'. The facility will supply green hydrogen and oxygen to Sterlite Technologies Ltd.'s glass preform facility, supporting their ambition to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2030. This partnership allows STL to become the world's first optical fibre manufacturer to utilize 100% green hydrogen in its production processes. The plant is developed with advanced energy management, monitoring, and control systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
