The project's scope includes comprehensive operation and maintenance services for 15 years. The BESS units are required to be provided in NFPA compliant standard containers, ensuring a minimum DC capacity of 5 MWh per container. Furthermore, the BESS system is mandated to have a designed life of 15 years, considering daily single cycle operation. The tender submission deadline is set for June 24, 2025, with the techno-commercial bids scheduled to be opened on the same day.
