H2 Core AG has secured its first order in Australia to implement the PowerCore system for Telstra, Australia's largest telecommunications provider, aiming to ensure self-sufficient power supply in Australia's outback. Telstra currently relies on diesel generators to support its vast network in remote locations. The deployment of the PowerCore solution, a combination of hydrogen, fuel cell, and battery technology, is expected to replace these generators and provide a more efficient and environmentally friendly energy source. The project is being implemented in partnership with Green HY2 Ltd. as part of a government-funded initiative to establish a reliable energy supply for the mobile network in Mac Donald Hill. This pilot project not only showcases the potential for emission-free energy solutions but also opens doors for similar projects in challenging terrains globally.
