The state-of-the-art facility has been designed to centralize all of the PGA TOUR's media operations under one roof, featuring advanced production rooms, audio control rooms, and LED-equipped studios. PowerSecure's PowerBlocks, powered by renewable fuel like HVO, provide 3.75 MW of backup power capacity to the studio, guaranteeing seamless operations during grid disruptions. Additionally, PowerSecure's use of HVO in their microgrid in North Carolina reflects a commitment to sustainability by significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The collaboration also includes 24/7 monitoring services and a Storm Mode feature to proactively switch to generator power in case of weather-related grid issues, safeguarding critical systems.
