Dr. Ryan Pavlicek has been appointed as the General Manager of Advent Technologies' Livermore facility. Having previously worked at Advent from 2018-2024 in various roles, including Senior Scientist and Product Manager, Dr. Pavlicek returned to the company after serving as a Technology Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy's Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies Office. With expertise in Ion Pair electrode development and a Ph.D. in Chemistry, his appointment aims to advance the commercialization of Advent's Ion Pair Technology in battery charging applications. Dr. Pavlicek's extensive experience in fuel cell technologies and his background in government programs will be instrumental in driving Advent's innovative initiatives. His academic and professional qualifications, combined with his past experience at Advent, position him well to lead the company's operations at the Livermore facility, fostering growth and technological advancements in the fuel cell industry.
