Oman has signed a joint development agreement with 11 parties to create a supply chain and shipping route aimed at exporting large volumes of liquid green hydrogen to northwest Europe starting from 2029. This project is set to establish the world's first liquid hydrogen import corridor, linking the port of Duqm in Oman, the port of Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and key logistics hubs in Germany, including the port of Duisburg.
