The collaboration focuses on leveraging their strengths in hydrogen production equipment supply, technological innovation, green hydrogen applications, and global customer expansion. This strategic partnership aims to accelerate international technological collaboration and coordinated project development. FFHD brings expertise in core materials for AEM and electrolyzer design, while CIMC GH2, a subsidiary of CIMC Offshore Engineering, offers advanced alkaline electrolyzer production capabilities. CIC plans to establish green hydrogen production bases in Australia to serve as global export centers. The parties aim to create a new landscape for the global green hydrogen industry by integrating resources and technological strengths from Chinese, French, and Australian companies. The collaboration signifies a strong alliance in the energy transition, emphasizing the significance of hydrogen. Together, they plan to expand both Chinese and international markets, creating a closed-loop industry ecosystem connecting multiple countries.
