Linde, a global industrial gases company, has unveiled plans to invest over $400 million in constructing the largest air separation unit on the Mississippi River in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. This initiative is part of Louisiana's expanding low-carbon manufacturing corridor and will provide nitrogen and oxygen to the $4 billion Blue Point Number One ammonia production project. The investment is expected to create 15 new direct jobs and 50 additional indirect jobs in the Capital Region, contributing to economic growth and job opportunities.
