The visit included discussions on the performance and potential of basalt fiber composite materials in hydrogen transmission pipelines, emphasizing characteristics like corrosion resistance and high strength-to-weight ratio. The aim was to advance technological innovation in hydrogen energy infrastructure, focusing on achieving safe and efficient hydrogen transmission while reducing costs.
