On May 21, 2025, Hydrogen Green Energy (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and Hunan Guoci Power Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Wuhan, China, to enhance collaboration in liquid hydrogen storage, transportation, and hydrogen power generation technology. This alliance was commended by Professor Cheng Xiaobei from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The agreement includes establishing a joint laboratory focused on improving hydrogen internal combustion engine technologies and applying for major national projects.
