The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in Jordan recently concluded roundtable discussions on the findings of a study assessing the business model for green hydrogen projects. In partnership with developers, the ministry aimed to align commercial structures with technical evaluations prepared by the consulting team. The Secretary-General of the Ministry, Amani Azzam, highlighted the importance of public-private collaboration for the success of these projects and the ministry's commitment to fostering an investment-friendly environment. Azzam also mentioned the government's readiness to provide legislative support through existing frameworks enabling developers to establish private transmission lines or pipelines.
