Participants engaged in half-squat exercises with specific loads and sets to assess muscular endurance. The results indicated that HRW supplementation led to significantly higher power output and a greater number of repetitions compared to the placebo group, demonstrating an enhancement in muscular endurance.
However, the study also highlighted that while HRW intake improved performance, it did not show significant differences in fatigue recovery, as measured by indicators like countermovement jump (CMJ), total quality recovery scale (TQRS), and visual analog scale (VAS) scores.
