The partnership aims to direct these funds into mid-scale hydrogen projects, focusing on sustainability and financial benchmarks to ensure long-term value. The investment entity, to be predominantly owned by the Partner, will be managed by BrightHy Solutions under a 10-year agreement, providing governance through a board of directors and investment committee. The agreements under discussion will include customary clauses, termination rights, and conditions such as due diligence and legal structuring advice.
