Both firms are known for their legal innovation in the energy sector, such as Acuity Law's involvement in transforming the former Uskmouth Power Station in South Wales into a low-carbon energy storage facility. The joint venture has already started discussions on various energy projects in Morocco, Egypt, the Gulf, Wales, and England.
