Buscando Resources Corp. has announced the acquisition of Element One Hydrogen Ltd., a subsidiary of Granite Creek Copper Ltd., to enhance its focus on critical minerals development and embrace clean energy initiatives. Element One owns the Star Project in northern British Columbia and the Union Bay Project in Alaska, both situated in ultramafic settings capable of producing natural hydrogen through innovative stimulation technologies. The strategic move allows Buscando to expand its asset base and participate in the global energy transition. The Star Project's proximity to the Omineca resource road and hydro-electric power offers logistical advantages, enabling synchronized fieldwork with the Foggy Mountain project. The Union Bay Project is subjected to an option agreement for Buscando to earn full ownership through financial commitments. The company's president, Kyler Hardy, highlighted the synergies between both projects and outlined upcoming activities including geophysical target follow-ups and surface sampling. This acquisition positions Buscando at the forefront of mineral exploration and clean energy development.
