In Muscat, Oman, Hydrom, OPAZ, and ACME Group have signed agreements for the incorporation of Phase 2 and 3 of ACME’s green hydrogen and ammonia project in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD). The project is set to produce significant quantities of green hydrogen and ammonia annually, contributing to Oman's green hydrogen journey. This initiative consolidates all commercial hydrogen developments under a single national structure, enhancing investor confidence and positioning Oman as a competitive player in the global green hydrogen market. The agreements mark a milestone in Oman's transition to a sustainable energy future, aligned with Oman Vision 2040. By integrating ACME's project into Hydrom's framework, Oman is boosting its positioning as a key player in the global green hydrogen economy.
