Element Fuels Holdings, LLC is embarking on a pioneering project in Brownsville, Texas, to establish a game-changing hydrogen-powered refinery and combined-cycle power plant. This innovative complex is designed to produce and recycle hydrogen using advanced technologies to deliver cleaner, higher-quality fuels and electricity for commercial and consumer use. The refinery, expected to be operational by 2027, will be capable of producing over 160,000 barrels per day of finished gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, representing a significant advancement in clean fuels production.
