The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Paris during the official state visit of Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to France. The collaboration aims to deploy HDF's hydrogen fuel cell technologies across VIMC's operations, supporting the decarbonization of Vietnam's maritime industry.
