On June 20, the Liuheng Administrative Committee of the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area in Zhejiang Province released a set of policies titled "Several Policies on Further Promoting the High-Quality Development of Liuheng's Real Economy." These policies include substantial support for the hydrogen energy industry, aiming to boost its growth and application. The document encourages the implementation of integrated demonstration scenarios for clean energy hydrogen production, energy storage systems, and the use of hydrogen-powered vehicles in factory areas. Enterprises engaging in these activities will be eligible for a 30% subsidy, capped at 3 million yuan, for various expenses like design, R&D, equipment procurement, and vehicle adoption. Additionally, hydrogen energy systems meeting demonstration application conditions will receive a subsidy of 6,000 yuan/kW based on rated power, with a maximum annual cumulative subsidy of 6 million yuan. The policies also offer support to hydrogen refueling entities, providing subsidies according to the annual hydrogen refueling volume. This support aims to spur economic development, promote environmental sustainability, and foster the growth of the hydrogen energy sector in the region.
