Arctech, a global leader in solar tracking solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with ACME Cleantech Solutions to supply 175 MWp of solar trackers for the 300 MTPD Green Ammonia Project in Duqm, Oman. The region's favorable climate, high solar radiation, and renewable energy initiatives make it an ideal location for utility-scale solar projects. Arctech will deploy its advanced Single Axis Solar Tracking System to support the solar PV component powering a large-scale green hydrogen production facility. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Oman's green hydrogen journey and supports the country's goal of sourcing a significant portion of its electricity from renewables by 2040. The project also positions Duqm as a central hub in the global energy transition, emphasizing the importance of integrating renewable energy sources with hydrogen fuel technologies.
