Gadkari praised the growth of India's automobile manufacturing industry and its potential for EVs in both domestic and export markets. He discussed the significance of clean transport solutions, such as the launch of a CNG motorcycle and the manufacturing of electric trucks. Gadkari also outlined the impact of the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan on improving cargo movement and highlighted projects like multi-modal logistics hubs and Vadhvan Port. The minister emphasized the government's focus on port connectivity, which has led to reduced transport costs and improved turnaround times at ports. He mentioned ongoing highway projects that are decreasing travel times and opening up new economic corridors.
