Man Industries (India) Ltd is set to complete its ₹650 crore pipe manufacturing expansion facility in Damman, Saudi Arabia, to cater to increasing demand and take advantage of local import duties. The company's managing director, Nikhil Mansukhani, highlighted that the expansion projects in Saudi Arabia and Jammu and Kashmir could add $500 million to its revenue at full capacity. With profits nearing ₹100 crore and revenues exceeding ₹2,200 crore in the first nine months of 2024-25, Man Industries aims for a 30-35% revenue increase from its Indian facilities in the upcoming fiscal year. Additionally, the company is venturing into manufacturing special-grade pipes for hydrogen transportation, expecting orders from Europe as the region develops new pipeline networks. The decision to establish a greenfield facility in Saudi Arabia is based on cost competitiveness due to import duties and potential market demand, with Saudi players already booked for the next few years. Man Industries' future growth projections are optimistic, with substantial capex planned for 2025-26 and revenue growth expected from both overseas and Indian expansion projects.
