The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is preparing to host the 19th edition of the Symposium of International Automotive Technology (SIAT) in Pune, India, from January 28-30, 2026. With a focus on 'Innovative Pathways for Safe and Sustainable Mobility,' SIAT 2026 will feature presentations on various topics including electric mobility, emission control, and hydrogen fuel cell technology. The event will also have an accompanying expo where automotive companies can showcase their products and services to a wide audience. Past editions of SIAT have seen significant participation from global experts and industry leaders, contributing to policy formation and technological advancements in the automotive sector. Supported by the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, ARAI plays a crucial role in research, testing, and regulation development to enhance vehicle safety, reduce pollution, and improve efficiency in the automotive industry.
