Charbone Hydrogen Corporation has signed a collaboration agreement with Green Hydrogen ASIAPAC SDN BHD to establish its first ultra-high purity hydrogen production facility in Malaysia. The plant, based on Charbone's modular production model, aims to create a decentralized ecosystem to serve local consumers and potentially expand to other Asia-Pacific markets. Under this partnership, Charbone will offer its expertise in project development, including site selection, power agreements, engineering, and supplier identification. In return, Charbone will receive a one-time fee or equity investment. CEO Dave Gagnon highlighted the company's efforts in creating a sustainable ecosystem and its focus on the North American and Asia-Pacific hydrogen markets.
