SANY, a leading heavy industry company, has made significant strides in advancing green energy solutions by establishing a strategic partnership with an Australian customer to promote its hydrogen refueling technology internationally. The collaboration represents a milestone for SANY, following the successful establishment of the largest integrated production and hydrogen refueling station in China. On May 20th, SANY delivered a custom-developed skid-mounted hydrogen producing and refueling equipment to the Australian customer, signaling a key step in expanding its green energy offerings. The project showcases SANY's high-efficiency hydrogen production technology, incorporating a dual-stage supercharging system and hydrogen storage at different pressures to cater to various vehicle refueling needs. By ensuring fast and safe refueling for both commercial and passenger vehicles, SANY aims to accelerate the adoption of hydrogen as a clean energy source in the transportation sector. Moreover, the project adheres to stringent global safety standards and certifications, including AS 3000 Electrical Safety Certification and ASME/AS1200 Dual Certification, to ensure compliance with Australian market regulations. By following the SAE J2601 Hydrogen Refueling Protocol Test, the project enables quick refueling for 70 MPa passenger vehicles within 3 minutes, enhancing convenience for users. SANY's emphasis on design-driven development and safety analysis reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative and secure hydrogen solutions. By conducting thorough risk evaluations and adhering to safety standards in hydrogen production and refueling systems, SANY lays the foundation for intelligent and resilient hydrogen technology deployment.
