Vice President Lucia Witbooi of Namibia has launched the Youth for Green Hydrogen Scholarship Programme, encouraging youth in the Hardap and //Kharas regions to apply. The programme, with N$25 million secured, focuses on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) courses.
