NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is gearing up for its largest recruitment drive yet by organizing a virtual career fair on April 18 and 19, 2025, to assemble a top-tier Operations & Maintenance team for the world's largest green hydrogen plant located in Oxagon within NEOM, Saudi Arabia. This initiative, a collaboration between ACWA Power, Air Products, and NEOM, is dedicated to decarbonising challenging sectors such as heavy industry and transport. The company's mission is aligned with global sustainability objectives and emphasizes the development of a skilled Saudi workforce through partnerships with local educational and research institutions. Following a successful recruitment campaign in 2024 that attracted over 9,000 applicants, NGHC's CEO, Wesam Alghamdi, underlined the crucial role of the professionals who will lead the green hydrogen revolution and oversee the production of 600 tonnes of carbon-free hydrogen daily by the end of 2026.
