CHARBONE HYDROGEN CORPORATION, based in Brossard, Quebec, has entered into a Master Collaborative Agreement with Green Hydrogen ASIAPAC SDN BHD to support the establishment of a dihydrogen Ultra High Purity production facility in Malaysia. This collaboration aims to leverage CHARBONE's modular and scalable model to create a sustainable ecosystem for hydrogen production, not only in Malaysia but potentially across the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement involves CHARBONE sharing its expertise in various project development aspects and monetizing its knowledge gained over the last five years. In return, CHARBONE will receive a one-time fee that can be invested in the project, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable energy initiatives. Both companies have expressed confidence in the partnership, emphasizing a collective goal of accelerating the adoption of green hydrogen in Malaysia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
