The project involves the construction of a renewable hydrogen energy production, storage, and transportation base with a capacity of 240,000 Nm³/h, leading to an annual production of 120,000 tons. The main buildings to be constructed include an electrolytic hydrogen production plant, power transformation and distribution facilities, and storage structures. The total project area spans 580 mu, with a construction area of around 270,000 m². The project investment is estimated to be 5.65 billion yuan. China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. and Sichuan Yuanfeng Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. were the awarded bidders for different project sections. The project aims to cover all stages from the preliminary stage to project acceptance, including engineering surveys, designs, procurement, construction, and testing.
