Orica has announced that it has been conditionally awarded A$432 million in funding from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) to facilitate the development of the Hunter Valley Hydrogen Hub (HVHH) project in Newcastle, Australia. This funding, part of ARENA's Hydrogen Headstart program, is aimed at supporting large-scale renewable hydrogen initiatives to accelerate the growth of Australia's hydrogen industry and its integration into global supply chains.
