The program, led by QIMC, identified crucial geological fault zones and structural features necessary for targeted hydrogen exploration in their Nova Scotia properties. QMET has provided an initial deposit for the upcoming $200,000 Phase 2 exploration program, which will involve an extensive soil gas sampling effort to detect gases like hydrogen, methane, and carbon dioxide. This phase, scheduled for July, will be supported by real-time data interpretation by experts to pinpoint high-grade hydrogen zones for further exploration. The companies' collaboration also involves the active participation of the Temiscamingue First Nations, building on their previous contributions to projects in Quebec.
