Eve Air Mobility has received a significant grant of USD 15.8 million from FINEP, Brazil’s Funding Authority for Studies and Projects, to propel the development of sustainable urban air mobility technologies. This funding, part of a total project investment of USD 33.8 million, represents a pivotal moment for Eve and the Brazilian aerospace ecosystem. With the goal of enhancing people's urban air mobility experiences, Eve aims to accelerate the development of advanced digital solutions and technologies through this collaboration. The grant from FINEP, awarded under the public selection for Technologies for More Sustainable Aviation, is aligned with strategic focus areas such as autonomous flight systems, hybrid-electric and hydrogen propulsion, and sustainable aviation fuel testing. This emphasizes the importance of a robust digital infrastructure to support the future operation of eVTOLs and enable scalable Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) operations. Eve Air Mobility plans to leverage this grant to advance its digital ecosystem, particularly focusing on further developing Eve TechCare, the integrated aftermarket services platform. By providing operational solutions like technical support, MRO services, and training services, Eve aims to ensure the smooth daily operation of eVTOLs and enhance customer experience.
