The total project investment, amounting to $33.8 million, combines the grant with Eve's contribution. The grant was awarded under FINEP’s call for 'Technologies for More Sustainable Aviation,' focusing on areas like autonomous flight systems, hydrogen propulsion, and sustainable aviation fuel testing. Eve's project will prioritize these areas to align with its innovation roadmap. The CEO of Eve Air Mobility, Johann Bordais, highlighted the partnership with FINEP as a pivotal milestone and emphasized the company's mission to create safe, sustainable, and efficient air mobility experiences. The grant will accelerate the development of digital solutions and technologies to shape the future of urban air mobility. The project also includes the advancement of Eve's digital ecosystem and the development of Eve TechCare, an aftermarket services platform. The company is currently undergoing comprehensive testing with the eVTOL prototype to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
