AM Green and the Port of Rotterdam Authority have come together to boost green energy trade between India and Europe through a billion-dollar green fuel export initiative. This partnership aims to establish a sustainable green energy supply chain by developing green fuel bunkering, sustainable aviation fuels, and port infrastructure for clean energy. Rotterdam, as Europe's top energy port and a significant hydrogen hub, will play a key role in enabling the movement of hydrogen-based fuels between India and Europe. AM Green plans to produce 5 million tonnes of green ammonia by 2030, kickstarting in Kakinada, India, equivalent to about 1 million tonnes of green hydrogen. This production aligns with Europe's energy demands and supports India's National Green Hydrogen Mission.
