IndianOil has taken a significant step towards the green energy transition by launching the Low Carbon Hydrogen (LCoH) project at its Panipat & Petrochemical Complex in India. This project is set to produce 10,000 tons of Green Hydrogen annually, making it the largest hydrogen initiative in the country to date. Scheduled for completion by December 2027, the Green Hydrogen project is part of India's efforts to reduce carbon emissions and transition towards cleaner energy sources. The Minister of State for National Green Hydrogen Mission highlighted the importance of this project in the context of carbon reduction and overall sustainability goals.
