L&T Energy GreenTech, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, is set to establish India's first green hydrogen plant at Indian Oil's Panipat refinery in Haryana. The plant will operate round-the-clock using renewable energy sources to produce 10,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually for a period of 25 years. This initiative is a significant step towards achieving India's National Green Hydrogen Mission, contributing to decarbonization efforts and supporting the country's net-zero ambitions.
