ACWA Power in Riyadh signed agreements and MoUs with international partners like Edison SpA, Zhero Europe BV, TotalEnergies Renewables SAS, and EnBW to create a green hydrogen export value chain linking Saudi Arabia and Europe. The collaborations aim to evaluate market demand, develop large-scale renewable energy projects for export, and establish efficient energy transmission corridors. ACWA Power also strengthened ties with key players such as CESI, Prysmian, GE Vernova, Siemens Energy, and Hitachi to enhance energy infrastructure reliability and supply efficiency. The agreements include a joint development deal with EnBW for the Yanbu Green Hydrogen Hub project, expected to be operational by 2030, supporting the IMEC objectives. The Green Hydrogen and Renewable Energy Export Workshop showcased Saudi Arabia's progress in energy diversification and regional clean energy integration, in line with the goals of promoting economic integration.
