Avaada Group, in partnership with the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ), has established a Centre of Excellence at Avaada's Giga Factory in Dadri. This initiative signifies the beginning of a larger effort to skill India's workforce for the green hydrogen economy, with a specialized training program set to be launched soon. The Centre of Excellence will function as a premier training hub for clean energy technologies, including solar, battery storage, and green hydrogen, in line with national initiatives like the National Green Hydrogen Mission and Skill India. Avaada plans to introduce a dedicated Green Hydrogen Training Program, co-certified under TISA, targeting supervisors and technicians to address the growing demand for skilled manpower in the GH2 sector. This collaboration aims to train and deploy 600,000 individuals to support India's green hydrogen vision both domestically and internationally. Additionally, a joint proposal will be presented to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to align with national skilling priorities under the NGHM. By focusing on capacity building and skill development, Avaada is not only fostering talent but also contributing to the country's transition towards a sustainable future.
