The plant, based on Charbone's modular production model, will be part of a decentralized ecosystem targeting local end-users and could later expand to other Asia-Pacific markets. Charbone will contribute project development expertise in various areas like site selection, engineering, and supplier identification. In return, the company will receive a one-time fee or equity investment, aiming to diversify its revenue streams globally through similar collaborations.
