Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private has partnered with Ohmium International to explore opportunities in developing green hydrogen-based solutions in India. The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in New Delhi, solidifying their commitment to integrating Toyota's fuel cell expertise with Ohmium's advanced electrolyser design. This partnership aims to facilitate the rapid, scalable, and cost-effective deployment of hydrogen energy systems across various sectors. Ohmium's hyper-modular electrolyser systems with integrated power electronics and cooling systems are expected to streamline installation processes and reduce costs. The MoU signing ceremony was graced by prominent government officials and key representatives from both companies. Commenting on the collaboration, Toyota Kirloskar Motor's Chief Communication Officer emphasized the goal of delivering efficient and affordable solutions to drive India towards a carbon-neutral future.
