Ballard Power Systems has announced the signing of a new purchase order for 6.4 MW of fuel cell engines to eCap Marine for integration into green marine propulsion systems for Samskip vessels. The 32 FCwave™-200 kW engines are scheduled for delivery in 2025 and 2026 to power vessels operating between Norway and the Netherlands, supporting decarbonization efforts.
